Academic City and The Ghana Consulting Engineers Association (GCEA) have signed an MoU to establish a Steel Design and Construction Centre at Academic City University. This center fosters collaboration between universities, industries, and government entities to advance steel design and construction practices.
Furthermore, the envisioned center could serve as an African Regional Hub for promoting excellence in steel-related engineering discipline The Centre will also play a pivotal role in driving innovation, knowledge dissemination, and collaboration in steel design and construction.
This initiative aligns with our aim of making a mark – it will create a sustainable ecosystem for steel-related disciplines in Ghana and across Africa, contributing to the overall development of the region’s engineering sector.
